Cancellation Policy
If guest cancels or no show for their services, please note the retainer deposit fee will be forfeited. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. So moving forward with scheduling , you agree that you desire and will commit to the reservation.
Guest are welcome to reschedule reservation 48 hours prior to service date to avoid forfeiting deposit,
No call no show guest will not be permitted to schedule a new reservation and 50 percent of service cost will be charged
Guest who cancels service will be directed to schedule new appointment via the booking site and a new deposit will be required.
Please note only 1 reschedule will be honored and must be within the calendar month/ or 7 days from original service date, unless approved by provider based off case scenario.
If guest cannot commit, they will have to schedule a new reservation via the online booking system.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we ask that you communicate in a timely manner. Our goal is to always provide and establish a relationship with guest who value our time and services.
