***services are based off your history with our establishment .. please book the correct service. Guest cancels or no show for their services, please note the retainer / deposit fee will be forfeited. All retainers and deposits are non refundable and non transferable. So moving forward with scheduling , you agree that you desire and will commit to the reservation. Guest are welcome to reschedule reservation 48 hours prior to service date to avoid forfeiting deposit, and preventing 30.00 rescheduling fee. No call no show guest will not be permitted to schedule a new reservation and 50 percent of service cost will be charged Guest who cancels service will be directed to schedule new appointment via the booking site and a new deposit will be required. Please note only 1 reschedule will be honored and must be within the calendar month/ or 7 days from original service date, unless approved by provider based off case scenario. If guest cannot commit, they will have to schedule a new reservation via the online booking system. Please no additional guest. *Menstrual Cycle notice* Waxing on your menstrual is completely safe. We ask that you please wear a tampon or cup to prevent any mishaps. We do advise scheduling around this time of month. The policy will still be enforced if late cancellations or rescheduling is requested. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we ask that you communicate in a timely manner.
