APPOINTMENT & RETAINER POLICY Please book the correct service based on your service history with our establishment. A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee is required to reserve your appointment. Reserving an appointment holds that time exclusively for you and prevents another guest from booking that time. By booking, you are confirming your commitment to your reservation and agreeing to the following policies: CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your retaine fee. A new appointment must be booked online and will require a new retainer fee. RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a $30 rescheduling fee. If the booking site no longer allows you to reschedule, you are outside of the grace period and the fee will apply. Only ONE reschedule is permitted and must be within the same calendar month, or within 7 days of the original appointment when scheduled during the last week of the month. Consistent or excessive rescheduling may result in the loss of future booking privileges. Please reserve an appointment only when you are able to commit to the scheduled date and time. NO CALL / NO SHOW No-call/no-show guests will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will no longer be permitted to book future reservations. ADDITIONAL GUESTS Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. MENSTRUAL CYCLE & WAXING Waxing during your menstrual cycle is completely safe. Please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your service. We recommend scheduling around your cycle when possible; however, all cancellation and rescheduling policies will still apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and appreciate timely communication. These policies allow us to respect both your reserved time and the availability of other guests. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies above.
